No smoking on property premises
Do you have storage units available?
No storage onsite but we share our parking lot with a storage facility
Do you offer bike storage?
Free bike storage room available to all residents
Is your property pet-friendly?

What are your pet fees?
Pet fee – One time $300 fee and then $35 a month per pet
Is the building controlled access?
Controlled access for residents only. For building access, residents can use their key fob, or our building entry app. Call box available.
What is the guest policy?
Guests can stay 21 days in a year or 14 consecutive days. Guest parking available onsite
What are my options for paying rent?
Rent payable through resident portal app or online, via check or money order
What happens if a resident is locked out of their apartment?
Lockout policy – afterhours # available to call and maintenance will come let you in and reissue keys if need be
How do I submit a maintenance request?
Maintenance requests submittable through resident portal app or online, or by calling leasing office
Do you have on-site maintenance?
Maintenance onsite Monday- Friday
Do I need to sort recycling and garbage?
Trash room on each floor- includes trash chute and recycling blue bins
Are there any move in charges?
Application cost: $58 (per person), Holding Deposit: $99 (at time of application), Security deposit: $300 (or up to 90% of 1 month's rent depending on rental criteria met - refundable). The $99 holding deposit is applied towards this at move-in, Cleaning/Admin Cost: 10% of one month's rent (one-time cost)
If I want to hold an apartment, how do I do that?
To hold an apartment, you must first apply. Once approved we can hold the unit for up to 30 days from the day of application
Do you accept a shorter lease term?
Lease terms 9-12 months
How long does it take for an application to be approved?
Application approval usually takes within 1-3 days.
